Campaign Store Credits & Campaign Activation FAQs

We created this FAQ to clarify how store credits work and help you make the most of your purchased campaigns. From time to time, clients choose to purchase a campaign in advance — often to secure special pricing during promotions like Black Friday. While we aim to offer flexibility, store credits do have usage guidelines and time limits to ensure fair access to updated services, pricing, and campaign strategies.

1. What does “campaign store credit” mean?
Campaign store credit refers to the value of a purchased campaign that has not yet been launched. Some clients choose to activate their campaign at a later date — for instance, after securing favorable pricing through special promotions or limited-time offers. Until the campaign begins, that value is considered store credit.

2. How long is my store credit valid for?
Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated in our internal agreement. It’s best to start your campaign within this period to ensure you receive the full value of your purchase.

3. Can I still use my credit after the expiration date?
It is subject to review and approval by our team, and if approved, up to 50% of the original credit’s value can be applied toward a new campaign. Please note that pricing adjustments will apply, as we can’t guarantee the same rates, campaign types, or inclusions beyond the validity period due to changing market conditions. This means your credit may not cover the full cost of a new campaign if prices have changed since your original purchase.

4. Why do prices and offers change over time?
We regularly update our services, technologies, and campaign strategies to deliver the best results. As a result, pricing and package structures evolve over time. Using your campaign store credit promptly ensures you get the maximum value from your purchase.

5. Can I extend the validity of my campaign store credit?
In certain situations, we may grant a one-time extension if requested before the credit expires. Extensions are not guaranteed and must be approved by our team. Please contact us as early as possible if you anticipate needing more time.
